Kimberly O’Sullivan is a NJ employment lawyer and is Of Counsel at Castronovo & McKinney, LLC. Kimberly has experience in all areas of employment law. She has litigated claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and breach of contract before state and federal courts. Kimberly also counsels clients on employment contracts, severance agreements, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Castronovo & McKinney, Kimberly practiced at Day Pitney LLP in Florham Park, New Jersey. Kimberly also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry G. Carroll (now a member of the Appellate Division in New Jersey). Kimberly received her law degree cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received dual undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Kimberly is the co-author of two articles featured in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, “Image Discrimination: Is That Advertising Campaign Really Worth It?”, November 2006 and “New Jersey Employers Must Take Steps to Prevent Identity Theft,” December 2005.
